Most important, we will get to thank you for everything you do to support FNVW to make our community less violent, more inspired, and more connected. When: April 18, 9-11 am Where: The FNVW Office 393 Dunlap Street, Suite 450 St Paul, MN 55104 Please RSVP to volunteer@fnvw.org
YOU, our volunteers, are everything to FNVW. From filming our video project to guiding young people to learn nonviolence skills, from building our database to running our Annual Holiday Fair, from creating social media content to designing beautiful graphics, from producing our Everyday Nonviolence Podcast to serving on and clerking FNVW’s Teams, from raising funds to serving on our Board of Directors, YOU do it all. We thank YOU. We see YOU. We appreciate YOU. - Joan Hyman
FNVW uses the principles and practices of nonviolence to transform conflict and to address the root causes of violence in our community. Your financial contributions move our mission forward!
| Spring Break Youth Program Recap | | | |
| | Last week FNVW organized a rich spring break program for youth in Minneapolis! We collaborated with a number of partner organizations to provide a week filled with leadership and peacebuilding trainings. Youth also explored creative expression through art, song and writing. Chess lessons and open gym time rounded out each day. Participants grew their skills for navigating conflict, stress and frustration. Many new connections were made as we built community together! | | | |
